Hire Terms (Summary)
1. Copy of valid drivers license (+1yr old) and proof of residence.
2 .Payment for Full Hire Cost and Refundable deposit on collection of vehicle.
3 . Hired mileage: Fuel Savers =200km per day, Excess mileage 45c/km
Other vehicles=250km, excess mileage 65c/km.
4. Repeat Clients: delivery of the car is free to Harare CBD. Deliveries outside the CBD but within Harare is $15, anywhere else, its determined by distance. New Clients should collect the vehicle from our Office.
5. Car should be returned clean.
6. All accidents to be reported as soon as possible. Unreported accidents may result in the user bearing all repair costs. Refer to the Hire contract with regards to Insurance 10% charge on all accidents among others.
7. Airport pick-up and drop off is available on request. Its free for all hires of 3days of more.
8. Strictly no smoking in vehicles. Offenders will be penalized and be asked to clean the vehicle.
9. Fuel is the responsibility for the client.
